Proposed allowance: 100 SMS segment credits per business/month, shared across all bots. Incoming and outgoing texts, including owner alerts, count. 250 extra credits proposed for $10; purchase unavailable, no automatic top-ups. Texting requires setup, provider approval and separately approved access; live sending is disabled. SMS credits are separate from AI replies and leads.
